60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Astricade. If it isn't the right fit for your yard, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Most yards see noticeable reductions in 2–4 weeks once the trap is placed correctly and the bait is in the jar, so we recommend giving it a few weeks before deciding.
To start, just email us at hello@astricade.com with your order number — we'll walk you through the next steps and get you a return authorization. Once we receive the trap back in resaleable condition, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back, so we can make sure your return is processed smoothly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your trap arrives damaged or defective, email hello@astricade.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed. Cosmetic marks on the outer packaging that don't affect the trap, and normal wear from outdoor use, aren't considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to help. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment. Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window are refunded within 5 business days.
